- Batch pick and sort
It works like a crossbelt sorter with an extra dimension. Batch pick and sort on an industrial scale. Sort anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 units per hour, to as many destinations as you want.
Pickers collect many orders in a single pass instead of walking one order at a time.
The operator scans each item at one of up to 10 induction stations and places it on the conveyor.
Linear-motor carts on a 0.5 metre pitch take the item along the machine.
Sort to a tote, a carton, a chute or a bag, customised to what the operation needs.
When an order is complete it is emptied from the put wall, and the destination takes the next one. Use mobile walls to turn destinations around faster.
Sorting runs vertically and horizontally, so the put wall is a grid rather than a line. 10,000+ items an hour.

Europe's first carousel put wall, which replaces a shuttle-based system with a continuous flow in a smaller footprint. The site runs mobile and fixed put wall configurations together, with pick-to-light and barcode confirmation.

Length, height and size are customised. The destination count follows the machine length. Bring your order profile and we will size it.
Throughput and destination count. The Minisorter, which the range calls the 3D Sorter Mini, sorts 1,200 to 1,500 items an hour from one carrier and two induction ports in under 25 square metres. The MAX sorts from 1,000 to 10,000 or more, on linear-motor carts at a 0.5 metre pitch with up to 10 induction stations. The picking principle is the same and so is the software. It is just bigger and faster. The choice depends on your requirements.
The count is configurable and it is set by the machine length rather than by a model number. Machines run up to 60 metres, and the total number of destinations depends on what the sort chute looks like. That is configurable too: small or large totes, cartons, roll track, chutes, or direct to bag.
From 50 by 50 by 1 millimetres up to 450 by 320 by 320 millimetres, weighing 0.02 to 7 kilograms. That covers footwear and apparel, books, beauty products, stationery and general ecommerce.
The range runs Mini at 1,200 to 1,500 items an hour, Mini-D at 1,500 to 1,800, Pro at 2,000 to 5,000, MAX at 10,000 or more and Multi at 30,000 or more.

Item dimensions and the destination count are what size this machine. Bring your order lines and your product dimensions and we will size it against your operation.
