PolyPackerLabel, seal and convey.

Manually packing into satchels is slow, and it is often the bottleneck. Simplify and optimise your packing with one simple machine.

How it works.

  1. Scan your pack or pick slip

One scan starts the job and the machine takes it from there.

  2. The shipping label prints

Printed and applied by the machine, so there is no separate printer and no backing paper to peel.

  3. A bag drops and inflates

Automatic bag replacement and air inflation open the next bag ready to load.

  4. Place the items in the bag

The only step that touches the stock. The bag is already open and waiting.

  5. Press the two buttons to seal

The machine seals the bag, drops it and conveys it away.

Label printing, label application, bag replacement, sealing and conveying, all in one machine. Comfortably triple your packing productivity.

Simple integration.

Divert your print job to the bagging machine and you’re done.

Truly plug and play. The machine is unboxed, wheeled into place and plugged into a standard outlet.

Speed

Machine rate of 1,500 and a sustainable operator rate of more than 600 bags an hour

A Mushiny Australia speed test with the pack rate counting on screen. The gauge is jumpy while the sample is small, because one bag either way swings it. From about thirty seconds in it settles between 710 and 830 bags an hour with one operator loading.

Frequently asked questions

How much faster is it than packing by hand?

The machine runs at up to 1,500 bags an hour with the label printed and applied as it goes. Mushiny puts the practical gain at triple the productivity of a manual bench, because the operator stops printing, peeling, applying and sealing and only loads the item and presses the button.

What size orders does it take?

Bags from 200 to 800 mm long and 200 to 600 mm wide, in thicknesses from 0.03 to 0.1 mm, holding objects up to 200 mm thick. That covers apparel, general merchandise and most of a mixed ecommerce range.

Do we have to buy special bags?

No. It runs transparent or opaque poly bags, white or black, in various types, so bag supply stays a competitive purchase rather than a locked one.

What does it need to run?

Plug and play. Just plug it into a standard Australian or New Zealand wall socket. Integration is simple: send the machine a label to print, and a bag will drop ready for packing.

Do we have to buy it outright?

No. Rental options are available in Australia through Mushiny's partnership with Omni Group. Ask us and we will put the numbers beside a purchase.
